Cosy and Spacious Mountain Cabin with Skiing and Nature Right on Your Doorstep
Welcome to a spacious, detached mountain cabin in a fantastic location, right next to hiking and cross-country ski trails. Here you can enjoy the peace and freedom of the mountains, while the alpine ski centre and other amenities are all within easy walking distance. The cabin is the perfect base for active days outdoors, enjoyable meals and relaxing moments indoors.
Living Room and Kitchen
The warm and inviting living room features a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating and a dining table – a natural gathering place after a day in the mountains.
The open-plan kitchen creates a social atmosphere and makes it easy to spend time together while preparing meals. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms
The cabin has 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms each have one double bed and one upper bunk, while the fourth bedroom has one double bed.
There are 11 sleeping places in total, with accommodation recommended for up to 8 adults.
Bathroom
After an active day, you can unwind in the bathroom, which features a washbasin, shower and sauna. Warm up and relax before continuing the evening in the cosy living room.
The cabin also has a separate toilet with a washbasin and WC.
The sauna is available for an additional fee via a coin-operated machine: NOK 30 per 90 minutes.

Terrace. Parking for 1–2 cars at the cabin.
Perfect Location
The location makes it easy to head out for a hike or a day on the skis. The hiking and cross-country ski trails are just 50 metres away.
Hovden centre is approximately 0.9 km from the cabin, the alpine ski centre is 0.8 km away, and Hovden Fjellbad is approximately 0.7 km away.
Good to Know
The stay is based on self-catering.
Final cleaning, bed linen, high chair, travel cot and firewood can be ordered as needed.
Electricity: During the winter season, from December to April, an additional charge applies for electricity consumption at the cabin.
